Fin's admission "I'm just a boring guy" belies the passionate yearnings of a man who is a dwarf.

Stir together Fin's thorny life experiences with Olivia's palpable grief for her dead son and the unrelenting parade of words from a hot dog vendor, then simply kick back and observe burgeoning friendships that pretty nearly define that precious institution. This movie is fresh, honest and well acted. Bobby Cannavale's irrepressible "Hot Dog" guy is one of my all time favorite characters.
