An often unbearably uncomfortable (as it must be), 2 hour soul searching expedition, into the causes of violence in this country that sticks to your ribs and maybe gives a little satisfaction to those of us that get pleasure at seeing certain pompous American Icons wiggle on the line. I had not expected Marilyn Manson’s memorable line in the movie, answering the question, (to the best of my memory), "What would you say to young people about the violence in their schools?”.....I wouldn't say a thing to them, I would listen to everything they had to say"
The film poses a mind boggling number of questions and is a vehicle to challenge NRA and gun opponents alike into discussions. I was in total awe by Michael Moore’s integrity, tenacity and courage.
This film is heartbreaking and breathtaking
